Using the Redesigned Website

Why did you change your website?

We redesigned our site to simplify the online car shopping and researching experience for our customers. One of the biggest improvements we made was to gather all of the details about each vehicle -- including pricing, incentives, reviews, photos, features & specs as well as local dealer inventory and Price Promise offers -- all on a single page. This dramatically reduces the number of clicks it takes to get to any of the details you’re looking for. It also makes it easier to find actual cars for sale in your area that match your criteria.

One thing to note: since we’ve put everything about each vehicle on a single page, you may have to scroll down sometimes to find exactly what you are looking for.


Researching a Specific Make and Model

At the very top of the page, next to the logo, select the Make of the vehicle you’re interested in (e.g. Honda):



Then select the Model (e.g. Accord Sedan) and finally the Year (e.g. 2014):





This will automatically bring you to the overview page for that vehicle:




Note: you can easily get to a different Year or Model by clicking the corresponding tab at the top of the page and updating your selection. No need to start your search all over again each time.


General Car Research and Browsing

If you don’t yet have a specific car in mind, choose Car Type or Car Research to access some alternative methods to find what you’re looking for:





Car Pricing – including True Market Value (TMV) and Invoice Pricing

From the overview page for a specific Make, Model and Year (see above), scroll down until you see the What Others are Paying area outlined in green:



From there, click the blue Build Your Own button to build and price the vehicle to your desired specifications and location.

Note: if you’d prefer to bypass the guided selection process (i.e. answering questions such as “Do you want cruise control?”) just click the See All Styles link and select the style you’re interested in:




Used Car Appraisals and Trade-In Values

The easiest way to get to our Used Car Appraisal tool is to click the Car Research tab and then select Trade-In Value & Pricing:



Browsing Local Dealership Listings

Once you’re on the overview page for a specific Make, Model and Year (see above), you can sort through all local dealership inventory for that car by selecting the colors, features and options that you’re interested in. Cars that match your criteria will appear below as you make your selections:




Note: at any time, you can click the blue View All Matches button to see all matches in your area or to refine your search further:


Consumer Ratings and Reviews

On the overview page for a specific Make, Model and Year (see above), you’ll see the average Consumer Rating (1-5 stars) for that vehicle near the top of the page. Click the stars to be directed to the What Others are Saying area, which is located further down the page:



Note: to see all Consumer Ratings and Reviews for the vehicle, click the See All Reviews link.


Car Safety and Reliability Info

From the overview page for a specific Make, Model and Year (see above), scroll down until you see the More area, where you will see links to access that car’s Safety and Reliability Ratings:



True Cost to Own (TCO)

From the overview page for a specific Make, Model and Year (see above), scroll down to the very bottom and click the True Cost to Own link:

What’s Hot

You can get to the What’s Hot area (formerly known as Inside Line) by clicking the Car Research tab and then choosing What’s Hot from the options shown:



How do I sign in to my account?

Click on the Car Research tab and then choose Log In:

Why do I have an account if I can't seem to save my research?

The new redesigned website is absolutely horrible.  I've been using for many years but I am planning to switch to any other website as it becomes absolutely unusable

What happened to the feature which printed a beautiful for sale sign after appraising your vehicle? It listed all the items used to determine the price.  A used-car sales manager I knew used this feature to print signs for the cars he was selling. Thanks
